I am afraid that all tickets are non-refundable as per the terms & conditions when making the order. We can, however, offer an exchange for another date/time where applicable, as a gesture of goodwill.
To make the exchange:
Make a new order for a similar price/number of tickets for your chosen date/time.
Reply with both order numbers for us to action a refund on your original purchase.
For all refunds and exchanges, only the Face Value of the tickets will be returned.
*Please note that ticket changes must be complete before the time/date of the original ticket. Any requests after this will not be accepted.
Send both order IDs to help@zicket.co to process your refund.
