1. Go to the refund page by tapping the “3 dots” icon on the top right of the screen, then tap the “Order history” icon.
2. Hold the Customers card on the NFC reader
3. The list will show all the history which Top-up by the device you're using.
4. Tap the row of the item that customer want to refund
5. Hold the Admin card on the NFC reader
6. Add the desired correction value by tapping the icons on the screen.
7. Hold the Customers card on the NFC reader, it needs to be the same card which the customer pays with.
8. Show the updated balance to the Customer
